Nayora Skin Care is a NATURAL skincare line. We understand that everyones skin type is unique and individual and resonates differently with skincare products. Because of this every product in our line is handmade in small batches, infused with an abundence of LOVE. We hope that you truly enjoy every product that you order from us. We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions, or if you had sensitive and reactive skin.
Because of COVID-19 NayOra Skincare does not offer refunds on any products due to general dissatisfaction, or if a product does not resonate with your skin.
If your order is marked as delivered, but has not arrived, we are more than happy to help issue a "Care Package". In order to receive your "Care Package", email a image of the receipt to the unarrived order to our company's email: @NayOraSkincare@gmail.com
